Totally grouchy and sick on Monday - I dress to match my mood.

I am sick.

My ear infection never improved. It got worse. I am now taking Amoxicilin and I really hope that I start feeling better soon! Baby poll: who else thoroughly enjoys being a squirmy baby when your mom is trying to administer saline spray? Wrestling is so fun!

A note to Mom:

Please do not even think of feeding me anything but soggy Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast. I know this is a travesty considering who daddy works for, I know you both think I should love some other cereal. But I don't. So please, please don't mess with my breakfast of choice. I promise I won't eat it if you do.

Regards,

Sammy

Mall trip.

Because we had to go to the mall today for something as crappy as a vacuum cleaner filter, my mom and dad took me to ride the carousel in the food court. This did make the trip not so boring, and I think I had fun, but you can't tell from the pictures. I look zonked. I am feeling a little sick today so that is probably the reason. Next time, though, I am all over that carousel.

It is good to have two of the same shirt.

I figured out how to open one of Mom's lipstick palettes and smeared it all over the bathroom and myself. I looked good. Too bad mom changed my shirt.

Playdate at Webb Bridge Park.

We finally had a sunny afternoon in the midst of lots of rain, so the Pandas headed out to the park for our Tuesday playdate. Here is a picture of me with my friend Jordana. She's a real cutie, especially when she's wearing pigtails, and we have lots of fun playing together but we are just friends. (I've already got a girlfriend in Minneapolis, afterall! :)

Impressing My Da-da

So I made my dad take that poop-eating grin off his face and replace it with an actual smile this morning. All it took was me seeing this little pink huskie dog on ma-ma's pajamas and then saying "dog." Before he knew it, I was looking around until I found our dog, Emma, whom I then pointed at. I guess he was impressed that I made the connection between the drawing of the dog and Emma and actually vocalized "dog." Heck it doesn't take much with this one. I'll have him wrapped around my tiny fingers before I know it. Bye-bye.

My 15-month well baby check.

Two things:

1.) I weigh 25 lbs.
2.) I have my first ear infection.

Sometimes a guy's just got to play cards in his underwear.

Am I right, dudes?

Toys with buttons make all things better.

I did better at the Kids Klub today. Mom sat with me for about 10 minutes after we arrived and I met a nice lady named Jill. She hung out with me and the other kiddos my age while mom was working out. Too bad she had to rat me out- she told my mom that I cried a little but that she pulled me around in a little red wagon and gave me a toy with buttons and I was happy again. That's how mom found me: sitting happily in a wagon, pushing buttons on a little toy farm. They have a walker there that I was eyeing but it only has three legs and I'm pretty sure that fourth one is still critical to my balance. Maybe I'll test that out next time.

Then, later today I was suppose to meet some of my playgroup friends at the soft play area at the mall but I was the only one from our group who actually showed up. That's okay, though, because I walked all around the benches and mom helped me climb some of the bigger parts. It was fun.

I started a blog.

I probably won't post much because my mom has a blog somewhere else. I really just wanted to register so I can comment on my friend Cal's blog. So, we'll see.
