Interesting new tidbits.

Sammy calls Jacob "Dad-o" a lot now. He'll throw in a "Jacob Daddy" or just plain "Jacob" once in a while, too.

When asked if he'd like to hold his little brother Sammy will say, "No. He's very heavy." This from a kid who will move the couch to a get a runaway train.

Yesterday Sammy drank OJ with wheat grass for breakfast and ate meat hotdog for lunch. He's diverse in his tastes. And full in his diaper after that juice. Ewww.

Freddie is now one-month-old! Crazy.

Hooray! Vehicle Day in Minneapolis!

It was a bright, beautiful but HOT day yesterday. Pretty perfect for Vehicle Day - a toddler's dream come true!

This was pretty much my favorite vehicle. We came back to it multiple times and I didn't want to drive any other vehicles - not the crane, not the bus, not even the garbage truck. I love fire trucks! "Whoo-whoo-whoo!"


Oh, and I got a mini smoothie there, too. Rock.

Freddie at three weeks is wearing clothes Sammy wore at 6 weeks, purely because of his length. The boys are definitely going to be looking down on their parents by the time they are teenagers. We're predicting 6'3" and 6'5" - with Freddie being taller than his big brother!!

Silly at Target

We took baby Freddie to the doctor on Wednesday morning, then afterward we went to Target and had a yummy snack of lemon pound cake, then I had lots of fun playing around the store while Mommy and Daddy filled up two carts (to be fair, baby Freddie was in one, see below).

My baby brother is here!

Baby Freddie was born on Saturday and things have been very exciting, different, and maybe a little scary at my house lately. My mom and my baby brother finally came home yesterday afternoon, and I am so happy. As I told my daddy the other night, "I love Baby Freddie!"

After I pretty much lived over at Cal's house this week (thanks, Rosa-Leah and E!), I was so excited to have Cal come play with us for a little while on Friday afternoon.

We went to the park for the last 40-ish minutes of Cal's visit, but we didn't take the camera. Too bad, too, because we both came back dirty and sandy little boys, with brown hands, cheeks and feet. Being a boy is "very fun!"
